What's Up Doc? I try not to think about the artists in this movie [Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neal] and their politics, but I swear Madeline Kahn was one of the funniest actresses ever, and the chase scene through San Fran at the end is hilarious. If you haven't seen it, at least give it a shot. It was made in 1972.

A close second is The Birdcage with Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. The part where Williams is trying to teach Lane how to be straight is a riot.
