I saw another source yesterday that showed Democrats being only ~15% of the electorate in Arizona. I will see if I can find it but I am nearly certain it was posted here.

Edit: It wasn't here. This is what I saw yesterday showing Dems in Maricopa County being only 15% of the electorate.
