I'm putting together a couple of cases for my state to file in Federal Court (Article III constitutional jurisdiction) to see if I can do some damage. Other anons may choose to file a case in your own state. It costs $402 to file the case as ProSe and likely costs around $1900 total with all the mailing and service fees by the time you are done. If you need to appeal to the Circuit court it is $505 per appeal.

I recommend suing both STATE OF XX CORPORATION (1933) and STATE BAR OF XX CORPORATION (incorp date) as the defendants in your case. You can try fraud, constitutional challenge, breach of contract, or all 3 and see what sticks. You might be able to combine all 3, but you likely will have to file a Breach of Contract lawsuit and then use the Constitutional challenge and Fraud to show the Breach.
