Then the actual Solution would be more like Kicking Chicago OUT of Illinois, instead of seceding....

Might even be easier to accomplish too.....

I see, according to the Map, that Chicago is surrounded with 6 Blue Counties, that is enough to make a Small State, like Rhoads Island, and it can govern itself and stay as blue as it wants to be.....

So, yeah, it's FAR easier to move the State Legislature into kicking out Six Counties, than it is to move 100 Counties into other States, not even mentioning that Springfield is NOT within the Chicago area, and that too poses a big problem....
