Not saying it is him or anything but your comment on height isn’t accurate. Age, spinal injury, and surgery are just a few factors for height change, and fairly common. A 5 inch difference (6’1 to 5’8) is certainly within the realm of possibility.

I’ve been involved in many cold case investigations over the past decade and can tell you that a 5 inch difference (6’1 to 5’8) when identifying a person is still certainly within the realm of possibility.
