I'm not advocating forcing anyone to do anything. I simply believe in the rightfulness of social disapproval to influence what cannot be ethically regulated by law. Laws and constitutions do not uphold society, moral attitudes do, which is why John Adams said, "Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other." It might be time for you to realize that libertarianism is not the only outlook that defines American Conservatism, but is rather only a branch of it.
