Yes, that makes sense, given that USA, Asia and EU are all regions as in a collection of countries or states. South Africa is a country, and so i Saudi Arabia. I had scratched my head over the inconsistencies before, why would Q make a list of apples and pears? But my dull head had not made the connection, i.e. South America. If one puts South America in the list, then the objects are all regions of the Earth, and it describes the progresison of a global awakening.

Unfortunately for me, Australasia, or Oceania, or even Antipodes, is not in that list.
