Your explanation seems pefectly logical...I agree. Dehydration can cause arrhythmia and it raises your blood pressure. Hydration is such an easy fix for improved heath. I use intermittent fasting, having a large part of the day with basically water (with a few additions)...no sugary stuff and it has improved my health quite a bit just to let the body rest and repair. I think people don't drink water so much anymore because of SO much variety in beverages available...many which are totally useless and many others which are extremely harmful.
