The genocide of the human race began in earnest with the eugenics efforts starting around 1900. Not only did they never actually stop the eugenics plan, they have been massively successful. The population is already in decline. In America we have been below replacement (more deaths than births) since the 1970s. If not for immigration our population would have already gone down. Almost every country in the world outside of Africa is below replacement according to UN reports. Massive efforts are done to reduce Africa as well, and many countries there already are. Reducing the population (called reducing "population growth," but really it means "population") is a part of the conditions of the "generous loans" given to nations by the World Bank.
