As a sufferer myself of over a hundred jabs, as a child, it takes a long time and perseverance. One has to contend with autoimmune disorders, and VERY rude doctors and dentists, who blame one for bad habits, for example - (Don't you brush your teeth?, one of them asked me - I did of course, but they looked at me as if I was a drug-abuser and a liar. Kidneys that were eroded on a scan - do you drink a lot of soft drinks and alcohol? was the question - I did not). In my twenties I had some very bad illnesses that I tried to fix with naturopathy and acupuncture etc., because the courses of antibiotics just simply failed - but those medical bastards just doubled down and prescribed another course. So yeah I sought alternatives. I had turmeric, cilantro etc. I also tried veganism to no avail, because I kept getting spiked by what I thought at the time was sprays.
I became paranoid of just regular vegetables. I grew my own herbs, and tried to source organic foods from local farmers. A kind osteopath told me that it was vaccines that were causing my allergy to wheat and peanuts. So, I naturally avoided those foods. (But what do you eat? Was the question from relatives that were trying to make lunch, and they would try experimenting with wheat-free bread which was really just as bad - I would say- look, a handful of walnuts will do me, and they would shake their head at the silliness of it). Forget about restaurants and take-outs. After thirty years, I also developed allergies to onions, carrots, potatoes - anything root, and was relegated to eating lettuce, cabbage and spinach and no grains whatsoever. I took a long time eating nuts, because they hurt me in my mouth - so nibbling really. Also no soy. Then, I started hiving up from spinach. Literally one daily meal of spinach, because I was trying to heal, and could not get up out of bed without spiking a joint.
The best thing that has happened for me is discovering (via Mikhaila Peterson) the carnivore diet. I started with just beef for about six months, and have since progressed to any meat and some fish, and sometimes eggs and yoghurt. Also cream in my (organic) coffee - which is the only 'plant' I take. The amazing thing was that the arthritis pain left me after just 3 weeks. After 3 years, I started going to the gym - to lift weights mainly, but that is still a work in progress. My muscle tone is crap. So yeah one cannot just dive into it. LOL.
But the good news is - try skipping all the grief and moving straight there - forget about trying to do it via plants - except maybe turmeric, as it acted like a painkiller for me. If the sufferer is still young, they might avoid some of the joint and muscle damage. So, many people will try and tell you to eat a 'plant-based diet' - it is nauseating and it just does not work. Trust me, I have tried everything.
Animals are so kind to filter all the crap out of our food.
