Spyware you say??? This is interesting. But how would we keep other malicious entities from acquiring government data? Hmmm.... This is a tough one I guess.

If all was open sourced though, which I am actually in favor of open sourcing as much as possible. Especially when it comes to technologies. But playing on a global stage of connectivity, it has to be private in some way. Because there are entities out there that do wish this country harm. Inside and outside this country.
