I will add a bit..I have often mentioned CERN as reverse Babel tower. This is specifcally because UP is not possible. For manned vehicles Mars is probably the absolute limit..so They are moving underground instead to try to take on God. Obviously God created safe guards (even basic deep sea research is a near impossible feat for humans)
