Send it to Abe Hamadeh. He gets to inspect ballots in PIma and Navajo counties, as well as Maricopa.
PS. Some random thoughts.
- If the Repub and Dem candidate ovals overlap and it is possible for a tabulator to read them that way, it ought to be equally likely that Dems are misread as Reps.
- Navajo County is heavily Dem. No comment on tribal politics and whether they do things like sell votes for $20 casino packages. (Cough, cough) However, Hamadeh won there comfortably. It could be because he is a guy, and dark. But if the vote mixup possibility exists, maybe he did flip Dem votes.
- There's also the pen bleedthrough problem. Could that affect this overlap?
- Seems like a lot of iffy ballots that went to adjudication should be inspected. Why did Hobbs take them?
