Remember; SCOTUS has the power to adjudicate this case! That means if SCOTUS rules on this case, they have the power to remove these 388 congress, senate members along with Biden, Harris & Pence from office! Never to hold political office again! Due to their breach of oath.

Breach of oath on Jan 6 2021 to NOT send the electoral votes back to the states knowing there was election fraud reported from DNI Radcliff from 2020 presidential election! There is precedence on their responsibility as it was a matter of Nat'l Security to do so. Failed to protect America from foreign & domestic election interference.

So now, it is all falling into place - here is what we have;

1. SCOTUS rules Trump's tax returns released to the public. This sets a precedence to have ALL congressional members in both house & senate to have their tax returns made public (audited). As well as Biden, Harris & Pence.

2. In bloated Omnibus Bill that was just passed, in that bill was written in that VPOTUS presiding over Senate/House electoral votes 'DOES NOT' have the power to decide whether electoral votes go back to state for decertification.' (so, in essence Pence DID HAVE this VPOTUS power on sending back the votes).

3. BRUNSON v ALMA/STATE CASE - SCOTUS could rule to remove these 388 members including PENCE, BIDEN & HARRIS from office for breach of oath in their sworn obligation to WE, the PEOPLE to protect us from foreign & domestic election interference. By not doing so, it was an ACT of WAR. (Removal by US Marshals, Secret Service, Military, etc.) This is a civil case, but would lead to criminal with investigations, audits, money laundering, conspiracies to commit election fraud with foreign & domestic entities. (RICO cases)

4. TRUMP did not concede, he was not de-briefed, etc. therefore there is no need for him to be sworn in again. He simply just resumes office. (A ceremonial event like an inauguration to be held on the original March 4th date.He appoints a new VPOTUS and assists with continuity of gov't in filling all those vacant house/senate members in congress. Special elections, appointments, etc. (Remember back in August 2022 Trump posted; 'reinstate me as POTUS or hold a new election. IMO this was his 'warning' to the Deep State of things to come!'
