How do I open a dog shelter? I am great with dogs and now have three I didn't ask for. I don't have the funds for this. They're all pretty good kids and the shelter is stacked full.

This is just the beginning of Brandon's regime. I'm nobody special, I'm just trying to figure out what to do with all these animals nobody wants. I'm literally surrounded by homeless dogs and I haven't the means or resources to help all of these kids.

I have a 100lb Shepard 5-6 years old, little black Lasa Oopsie and a 50lb pit mutt. Please help me find them homes.
