If they happened, that means that they were causally enabled by God. If the miracle you speak of can be considered a "social phonemenon" - then it must have been triggered by human action (including speech).
That doesn't mean that God the creator has nothing to do with it. On the contrary, it proves his wisdom and the perfection of his creation, since it proves the validity of the benevolent universe premise, and the harmony of existence.
