And I keep pointing out that what we got from Lincolns War, is a Forced Despotism, a completely destroyed ""Republic made of Republics"", and Enslaved States, so either way, the States Lost, and the People IN the States...---... are the ones that at one time made up the States, but not anymore, it isn't, it was changed, and now it's the Land that makes up the States....

We no longer have a ""Voluntary"" Republican form of Govt, the Guarantee Clause is DEAD, and Lincoln killed it....
