Just went through something like this withy nephew. It was like talking to someone who isnt even attached with reality. Took about 6 months for him to return back to normal. MEDICALLY they were not sure what caused it and were trying to put him on antipsychotics. What I suspect it was from was smoking weed. Now I'm not opposed to weed or people that smoke it but for a small percentage of the population when you factor in the very very high potency especially with vaping THC it can lead to what's called a THC induced psychosis.
I also want to add that this psychosis can last for days weeks or even many months long after the user has stopped ingesting THC.
