I was reminded of how King David showed mercy to his pursuer, Saul, when he (David) could have killed him (Saul). David was stronger. These guys are too.

These guys prolly weighed what was to gain from further rounds of demonstrating McCarthy didn't have the votes to be speaker against how best to serve We The People. They made their considerate choices, with INTEGRITY.

Each of us gets to decide for ourselves if those choices and timing was correct. As for me, these six are deserving of blessings from God and admiration from US.

Bottom line: Even this morning, McCarthy did NOT have the votes. His position was obtained in mercy from six reps who have INTEGRITY.
