This has been going on, off and on, in Zavalla , TX for many years. Incidences of cancer are thru the roof. City Hall sends out a disclaimer every 6 months stating that "the water supply has been known to cause cancer over a lifetime of use." Therefore, I drink bottled water. Only problem with that is all the contaminants they put in plastic bottles nowdays. It's probably causing cancer as well. If you want to do a gross but necessary experiment, spit in an Ozarka water bottle, or the like, and save your sputum for a week or two. Be sure to leave the lid off. I haven't tried it with it on. I have noticed it will turn fluorescent green over time. The sputum never evaporates and it never changes from fluorescent green. Just an observation I have made.
