Legally NO. However, the rule of law and the Constitution was thrown out when Obama became president. The one thing here is that the Clinton democrats hate and destest Kamala Harris. Pelosi was one of them. This brings some interesting dynamics into play, especially that Pelosi is gone. I believe the Clinton democrats put a contract out to kill Harris so Pelosi would replace her. Harris was wise to it, especially after she was put in charge of the border shortly after Biden became president. The legacy news made a big issue of Harris refusing to go down to evaluate the border. She must of heard word of the setup and it was the reason why she refused to go down the border or travel to Mexico. She stayed very close to home in Washington DC.
