I think they rushed the cabal plans. The cabal had the vaxes ready and did experiments on everyone by giving various doses in different batches, but they were just calibrating. They planned to be able to lock people down and inject them as many times as they wanted so it didn't matter if the injections were not deadly individually.

Trump and the white hats left it up to us to avoid the injections and create the control group. That must be extremely hard to do in Israel.
