You MUST check your vitamin d levels no matter how much you take or how much you are outdoors...not just guesstimate on what you think you need. There is an actual condition where people are not processing vitamin D and I have seen that with some of our family members. Many in my family were in the 20"s and now we are at least in the 60's and that is really transformative. The nattokkinase you are taking is for vitamin K... I take Super K from Life Extension which has K1 and K2. I am pleased with the product and if you take D, you have to have K, which transports calcium to the bones.
If you are taking zinc, you also need to take quercetin or green tea supplement. Be sure to take a zinc with copper if you take over 50 mg./day. I use Now Opti-Zinc and I am pleased with that. Quercetin helps zinc get into the cells...picture zinc is a bullet and quercetin is the gun. Also, get back on NAC as soon as possible...I swear that is a miracle amino acid and protects the cells extraordinarily. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach in the AM and wait at least 1/2 hour before eating anything...very important, otherwise it is not effective. A good multi is good....and invest in some good horse paste...I like the duramectin from valley vet supply. Good service and reasonable prices. Black cumin is just to thin your blood and unstick the aggregated red blood cells. It is a good safe thing to take. You sound like you are doing lots of the right things...BTW this advice is just me spouting off as our quasi-family practicioner. I am certainly not qualified in anything other than life and over 50 years of experience, experimenting on 5 kids and MUCH study. Otherwise take all this with a grain of salt. Hope you actually undo any damage the covid may have caused you. If you wait 7 years all your cells will be new, so there's that. Take care...
