Interpret wherever I used the word 'confidential' as really meaning 'classified'.... I edited it to the proper word 'classification. It's been a great while since my retirement having a security clearance. Incorrect public jargon tends to erode governmental lingo.

It is plausible that a family member was there to escort the lawyer to the location of the documents. If these documents were already declassified by Trump, this is a trolling exercise. However, purportedly these documents are classified meaning Trump didn't classify. Trump could have stated immediately that he declassified them. He hasn't said this though.
