If more Republicans had won, the RINO's in the House would've had the votes to get McCarthy confirmed on the first attempt. Then no conditions from Gaetz would've been met, and Swalwell and Schiff would still be on the intel committee.

So when Q said elections after 2020 would be controlled, he meant it. Allowing Democrats to rig some district elections was strategically useful.
