You have to be a little bit twitchy to lead this WIN, but, that's the main job requirement to be lead mod around here. The other mods know I'll back them, and, since I hired smarter mods than me, I know GAW will benefit from them making good calls. I feel very lucky to have "snared" (or "lured" or "downright lied to and now they're trapped") the other mods on the team. These are some scary big brains, very capable people, and we're incredibly lucky to have them.
