Edit: it's worth mentioning that Baker gets literally every part of this that he isn't "talking in circles" (his words not mine) completely wrong as well. Even just quickly reading the comments:

• The affidavit WAS OUT at the time this aired
• Glenn Beck had JUST held up the paperwork showing Trump signed off to declassify the documents, so your "protocols" were followed
• confirmed by someone who worked as a Doc Custodian, Yes the president can declassify anything just on his order alone no papers needed
• "I don't know anyone senior at FBI or DOJ or how politicized they are" ::immediately touches his face::
