I'm sure it has something to do with turning a city into a dead drop.
I knew a soldier that told this crazy story. I never believed it. Recent events have me wondering if it were true.
Soldier drops out of Stryker on a raid with his squad, hitting houses on TST/HVT raids as usual that night. There was an additional passenger on INFIL. Khaki pants, briefcase, no longbow. Dips out during the INFIL, "This is my stop." Later clearing houses, soldier opens back door at low ready. Goes to high ready and almost kills a guy wearing khakis in the back yard. Khakis says, "whew, that was close," holsters his pistol (also drawn on the soldier) back into it's concealed carry, and takes off out the back. No briefcase seen. Never saw him again. A Blackhawk takes off nearby further down Khaki's initial path shortly after.
