The numbers in the user's name are assigned by the Twitter engine when you create the account, because I just checked mine also has numbers.
Account being 1 year old is not suspicious. My account is less than that.
Posting numerous times, a day by a retired person is not suspicious either especially if that is the only social media account the person is operating on and has a good number of followers.
Wouldn't bot have accurate spellings having access to spell checker? I'd think fat fingering is part of being human. Looking at words used by Sammy, they don't look like they were created by a bot, but then again you never know.
Note, it's a verified account with blue checkmark. I presume bot check would have been performed in the verification since the whole idea of blue check mark is to combat the bots.
