If you persevere with a powerful heart and strong faith, the black pill will transform into a nutritious element that makes your spirit wiser, stronger and more mature (mature = capacity to digest and resolve difficult feelings and thoughts).
Certainly read up on devolution. Great starting point. But, I would also strongly like to recommend listening to these guys. I have found they have a really powerful mindset. It should really help, because they balance what they know, and recognize what they don't. They are not afraid of not knowing, and so from a place of strength, they apply reasoning, thinking, and a positive direction.
FYI, devolution theory was brought to prominence by Patel Patriot (an online handle created in honor of Kash Patel). These guys are part of his project at Badlands. Listen to them (defected) but also devolution power hour.
Knowing enough to get blackpilled is a natural course. But beyond that, there is SO MUCH going on, once you plug in, your optimism and hope will become grounded, not just hopium. The point is not that difficult and painful things are not happening. They are. The point is realizing that there is a real process underway, and that where we are headed is a much, much better place than any of us have known. I mean that both in a spiritual sense but also in a concrete sense, re: the world we live in.
