Mind you, Dutchsinse was predicting an Earthquake in Southern Turkey for at least 2 weeks, albeit a magnitude lower, before the swarm struck. His methodology is well developed, in prediction, as he analyses how they travel along fault lines and around cratons, to break through in waveforms, so by judging where previous earthquakes have happened (one in Iran, recently, which led him to predict the Turkish one). He even developed a standing wave theory, which amplifies earthquakes that happen between two others.

There has been a lot of movement recently in the Pacific, and the energy shot off to the West, and Turkey is sitting on a messy focal point of fault lines. So I doubt that this was entirely an attack, the power may have been augmented, perhaps, but it was already on the cards, and the fact that Dutchsinse was predicting one at magnitude 6.something, rather than 7.8 is neither here nor there, as they can do that naturally. However, he is aware of HAARP installations and so on, and did mention today that this one is a bit odd.
