EISCAT (Norway) and many other installations/arrays exist worldwide.

The US Navy also have sea based platforms or SBXs (Sea-based X-band Radar) also.

Used to watch this stuff more closely a long time ago. To see if I could find patterns. At one point you could check the data via the University in Alaska to see if it was active prior to other earthquakes around the world. Places like Iraq/Iran/Japan etc. One key area I used to watch and still do, when/if I remember, is La Palma (Cumbre Vieja).

Dutchsinse is the man to check out. He knows more than most on all this.He had all the arrays mapped out and would be monitoring all the time, his site got hacked lots though.

They are ionospheric heaters, and can have an effect on our weather for sure. Primarily made to bounce radio waves around the globe to submarines. I'm sure someone else can explain better than me.

Should add, the sun has more influence on earthquakes than anything else, given up trying to follow this theory about HAARP a long time ago. It's just like everything else, when you know evil is afoot, you know. Thank god for the WhiteHats and the Q plan.

When all of this is done I hope to see big "save the world" projects take off, with true vigor...like the Great Man-Made River project Gadaffi was trying to set about. ...turning the deserts green, making food abdundant again and actually getting back to progressing, without all the sinister James Bond like villains scuppering it all, and hoarding all the riches.
