The DRC is located at Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave, Stockton, and is scheduled to remain open until further notice. Current services at this location will be offered daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. State and County resources will only be available through February 12th. San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) has a designated free shuttle from the Union Transfer Station to the DRC and back.
