What are we looking at here? My observations:

1. Purple hair on the pregnant one?

2. 3 of the 4 seem overweight

3. Given there are men on the flanks and blond is holding purple woman's belly, I'm assuming the 2 on the left are hubby and wife and purple hair is the surrogate (??), where man on far right is only pictured with that massive grin and no physical contact with anyone else because his only thought is how many cheeseburgers he'll gain when his surrogacy earnings roll in (??)

EDIT/UPDATE Possible meaning: never give up on trying for a baby? If it is a surrogacy situation, couple on left cannot conceive for whatever reason but still wish to be fruitful and went surrogate route (??)
