They have been systematically lowering the standards for years. There has been an erosion of overall education throughout the entire system - not just in liberal areas. Many children are simply brain damaged and even the lowered standards are not enough to get them over the finish line. To what ends? Who knows. Vaxxines and poor diet have been killing the brains of our youth for decades. Autism and learning disabilities are off the charts especially in black boys - and this does not even take into consideration socioeconomic factors.
