This Friday I am writing the percentage of the wages my crew earned that was taken by the government on the envelopes. And as I am passing out their paychecks and pointing this percentage out, I am going to tell them that those tax dollars are going to prop up a corrupt Ukraine puppet State and that they will soon be drafted to fight and die so that Ukraine is free for the evil, corrupt and deviant.

They have to face me everyday so they are well aware of the score here anyway. A little extra sunshine to keep it fresh never hurts. These guys are all in their 20s and just settling down, getting married, having babies, buying houses. They will get it.
