There's always the possibility of 'group think' forming that sway people against those that are perhaps innocent. Using circumstantial evidence and hearsay is not ever legitimate in any of this. Yet, this is what often is presented. It's best to recognize it and call it out. This is actually how the enemy causes division in the ranks and it festers to a point that you have another Reddit or a 4-CHAN.... a hellhole out of control.
