I vote for a White History Month, Indigenous People Month, Hispanic History Month, Deep State History Month, Privileged Elite History Month, etc. All joking aside, I thought that Blacks wanted to be inclusive, now we are catering to excluding them with black dorms, black safe spaces, jobs based on blackness rather than ability and earning it. When society grants jobs based on skin color rather than on ability to do the job or on sex (female, trans, gay, etc.), we are in trouble. Do you want a trans or black who nearly flunked out of aviation school flying you anywhere? Or a black, gay, female accountant who graduated last in their college class doing your taxes? For both of these positions, I want someone who is the best qualified and if equal in ability in contention, then look at job experience, grades, volunteerism, etc. Likewise, I want the most COMPETENT brain surgeon operating on me, not the whitest or the blackest. Why can’t people see this? Competence not color is the key. You earn your place and your experience makes you competent, or not. I want the most rugged, and accurate security detail protecting me from harm, if I were President, not the most diverse or the blackest, most white or most gay. If they can’t protect me, I am still dead!
