So what this translates to is GB deep state banking is losing its foothold as its attempt to circumvent the US market through takeover of a financial institution, with the postal charter being expired in 2000.. right? That charter from what we learned in the past is now held by two private individuals (title 4). I probably have some of that misunderstood but the overall point may be credible
