I am saying that the "he deliberately lost the election" argument makes no sense to me.

Also, don't confuse getting involved in elections with being awakened. I know shit loads of liberals who became more involved in elections after that, too. To make sure Trump won't win in 2024. And people being more involved in elections happened on a huge scale during that election, before people voted.
