yeah unless the plants our better than ours, I think the employees are much better off. Packing houses are wicked. MASS slaughter on a daily basis, does a lot to a person's mental state. I had a friends dad who would spend days off on living room floor/with a gun threatening to shoot, he was so depressed, worked at packing house for decades😔 hard, hard work to get meat for ungrateful coastal liberals. yeah it needs to go. people can get their own, not that difficult if they learn young and work with local farms.
