I have been taking it every day for over a year. I am going to start every other day now since I am also on daily sulforaphane and hi-dose melatonin. My personal plan is the following:

500MG Fenben every other day.

A mouthful of broccoli sprouts (highest concentration of sulforaphane) at bedtime (my awesome wife grows weekly in a jar).

180MG hi-dose melatonin at bedtime. Quality product does NOT make you drowsy in the AM no matter the dose and can be taken anytime.

2 Broccomax capsules each morning.
