I’ve posted this before but I do a smoothie with kale, collards, cilantro, lemons (put a little bit of the yellow peel) red grapes Ginger
I used to add spinach in there too but then I heard the spinach binds with the calcium and the kale and it’s not effective so it’s better to separate the spinach. Here is the original recipe below.
2 leaves collard 2 leaves kale 10 branches cilantro with stems 15 leaves of spinach 10-15 grapes 1/2 to 3/4 lemon 1/2 to 1 inch of ginger water 1/2 cup to thin juice
