The popular idea sold to the general public is that Women want softer more effeminate men in touch with their feelings.

Statistically speaking those guys generally get left in the dust as some Women either compete to be the hyper successful guys 5th or 6th side chick. Or gravitate towards the “Bad Boy” who may or may not fit various negative stereotypes.
