Then if you have a basic understanding of how wireless signals work (I do). People would be walking antennas. I watched a video on people emitting Blu tooth signals. I totally believe all this because I have the basic understandings of it all that takes time to look up.

I'm wondering if these paths converge. What you think? Just imagine MK ultra and how far along it would be by now. Microscopic robotics? Just spitballing.
