Not sure of the veracity of some sources, but it's parents seem to be Norma F Hale and Ronald E Hale. Norma appears to be male, according to voter records, registered democrat. One could presume Norma is either a FtM trans individual or a male (Norman?) wanting a female name, somewhat common in the trans community. IF THIS IS TRUE, this deceased mass murderer appears to be the child of a gender-warped couple.
