Honestly if you look at it, maybe it's just where I'm from, but many people now are either in agreement or in consideration of what's really going on. I think we have made an amazing amount of progress in human consciousness. I've never thought of it as any sort of conflict or war of ideas between me and others, though there is definitely a war for the control of a narrative, but simply who's affected by propaganda and who isn't, at least on the ground level. If people sever a relationship over any of this, why did you need to relate with them to begin with? If they care about you, they will put it aside in due time, and you can too. Just my take. Not directed at anyone in particular. I guess what I mean is there is a war between us and "them", but not necessarily against our neighbors. Sorry I just wanted to edit to clarify
