I lost concentration and thought I was watching one of those nonbinary/transgender videos when the ATF agent was all "can't breathe" and "medical condition".

BTW--If a lone ATF officer really has such a bad medical condition that he can't lay on the ground and be handcuffed, there's NO WAY he should be out confronting citizens on his own. His ONLY recourse if there's any trouble would then be shooting people.
