From my understanding, they do. Both mentioned devolved government.
I recall Derek Johnson saying Trump is CIC and not technically "President" per say since the govt is devolved in this scenario.
There was another anon here that mentions Patel Patriot and Derek Johnson have some disagreements on devolution. I tried to get more info, but no response from the thread.
