They were dead, there would be no need to take them to the hospital at that point. You think it would be normal to take 25 dead bodies(2 died at the hospital) out the school and lay them down on tarps in the parking lot? I doubt that would be the proper procedure. The temp mortuary tent was put up, that's where each body was taken to get photographed and cleaned.
